Our Studio renovation has begun and we are so excited to start sharing the details, design decisions and progress that we have made so far. I have designed this space to grow and evolve with TLD for years to come, reflecting the collected spaces of design studios I admire so much.
The Before
The ground floor of our studio has gone through many changes from storage space, to vintage store, to design space. With stark industrial white walls and grey laminate floors, it hasn't ever felt like a TLD space - where warmth is one of our design pillars.
The Progress
Within the first few days, the walls were painted a beautiful shade of cream and the trim had its first coat of paint our signature shade of olive green. We went with Farrow and Ball paint for this renovation - and will be sharing the exact shades in an upcoming post so stay tuned! The space is already feeling elevated, designed and warm. Next up - switching out the floors and wallpapering the powder room! I can't wait to share more.
